Talk to your RM Account manager.

They offered RM Tracked 48 Large Letter cheaper than CRL Large Letter for anything above 100 grams.

£150 transit cover, and up to 1Kg for a fixed price.

They need to specifically add Large Letter though, as usually it only sets up with Tracked 48 Parcel rate.

Under 100 grams was still cheaper with CRL - Scanned when delivered (or supposed to be!) - we add a bright label on the Large Letter to remind to scan

Hi

I’m sure I’ve seen the sentence before. I suspect a drop shipper is looking back through their Amazon orders and if the tracking shows the item as not delivered (frequently the case with Royal Mail 48) they demand a refund using the following wording

”I still have not received my order even though the estimated delivery date has passed. Can you process a full refund for my order no ’

Anyone else seen this?

My charge method worked for several months after I renewed my card because it expired. Then, suddenly, I received a message that my charge method is not valid. I checked my details in the charge method section and ensured they are correct. I even updated them again, but they are still not accepted, even though I have waited 48 hours as suggested by other forum members.

I also read that some forum members say that a credit card is required, but I have been an experienced seller here on Amazon for over five years and have never been asked for a charge method other than a debit card. It very much depends on the country you are in, and I understood that both debit and credit cards are suitable for sellers from European Union member states.

I also contacted my bank to make sure the problem is not with my card settings. The bank confirmed that everything is fine on their end.

I don't know what to do now. I have been blocked for almost a month. Please help.

Its greatly affecting our account and we have lost sales as a result of this by over 40%.

I am not established in the UK for VAT purposes and need to pay unpaid VAT owed to amazon.

0n 4/23/2024 amazon have block our account,and tell us our business address which does not match with your country of operations. This may have resulted in inaccuracies in tax calculation on your supplies,we need paid EU VAT and paid UK VAT.

On 05/10/2024 we have receive amazon message [Action required] Final tax liability assessment for unpaid UK VAT AND on 05/15/2024 [Action required] Final tax liability assessment for unpaid EU VAT,We tell amazon we want paypal our unpaid vat ,used our account ,there are any positive funds in your account, at this times we also contact Seller Support Team,and Seller Support Team also tell mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk on 05/13/2024.

we have waiting 11days, [mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk ] Still no deduction for the VAT we owe. on 05/23/2024 we have paypal our unpaid UK VAT unpaid EU VAT to amazon account,we have send the Proof Of Payment to amazon[mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk ] , [mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk ] do not responding to our messages now.our account still block!

This situation is greatly impacting my ability to conduct business effectively on the Amazon platform. As a seller, timely access to disbursements is crucial for maintaining inventory, fulfilling orders, and meeting customer expectations.

Amazon will Disposal our products on 24/06/2024,we We're in a big hurry.

I have made multiple shipments recently, and certain color variations of my products almost always go missing.

Shipment FBA15J26FK6J: 125 units packed, only 50 units received, 75 missing.

Shipment FBA15J2BTC0D: 125 units packed, only 74 units received, 50 missing (I found the 1 lost item).

Shipment FBA15J3G52YW is still active, 125 units packed, only 84 units received, 41 units missing.

Total missing units: 166.

There is a pattern to the missing items; they are all the same color variations - green, purple, and pink. This can't be an accident. They all have the same package quality, same label quality, and they are in the same box as others, but only these colors go missing. What is going on? Amazon support didn't help. They made no explanation about whats going on. As a seller, I am starting to loose my trust to amazon.

If every Amazon seller charged a shipping charge and sent RM 48/24 tracked it would almost totally cut this practise out. Since we've started doing this even for the cheapest items we have had zero claims for INR.

Barcodes Being Used

Hi,

We have been having some trouble listing items that we have recently imported . when i go to list an item using the barcodes freshly purchased from GS1 i get the error saying the item matches another ASIN change the details to match it. i know its the barcode because if i change that it either gives a different ASIN or lets me upload the product.

to make it a bit weirder though if i go to add product and search using the barcode nothing comes up, which makes it more frustrating as theres not way of knowing if it will let me upload item until i fill in all the details..

i have a list of about 40-50 codes and they are most likely the same person who has used them as they are all for bedding/duvet sets.

i am going in circles for last month talking to amazon to get these removed so we can list our items, has anyone had simular problem and if so how did they fix it/who did they speak to.
