haha this is brilliant. I have now actually stopped expecting anything from the seller support after years of useless, generic responses. If there is an issue I cannot resolve on my own, I just move on despite potential losses. I have accepted absence of any help from SS is a part of the package we get as Amazon sellers.

Hello,

I really need your urgent help/advice guys.

First of all, I'm not a new seller. I've been selling since September last year, I've achieved month on month steady growth on the UK marketplace. I currently have over 700+ active SKUs.

However, overnight, without any warning or notification, since 16 June, I have had a significant issue with my Amazon account: I have lost the BuyBox/Featured Offer for ALL of my listings.

As a result, in the last few days my daily sales have dropped from around £1000 to almost zero. In addition, my "Featured Offer %" has dropped to 0%. Btw, my account health is currently 248.

I opened several tickets without success, but chatted with Amazon Support who confirmed: "As of the moment your ACCOUNT is not eligible for BuyBox".

However, as to the reason why this happened and what I needed to do to get it resolved, I was told nothing but to wait. The problem is that I am losing money every day by not being able to sell anything, but I have to cover the costs of my business and order new products.

I cannot name here a specific ASIN, because this issue affects ALL of my SKUs (700+ listings), and given that it appears to be an Amazon-side problem. Therefore I am requesting your urgent assistance.

I have already emailed the Managing Director about this, but have not yet received a reply.

Can I somehow reach the team responsible to check my account and restore the Featured Offers in my account as soon as possible?

Dear sellers,

Our freight company has told me that my order is supposed to be delivered to Amazon UK LBA4.

Due to LBA4 is busy, Amazon informed our freight partner to redirect the cargo to LTN7, does it affect the inventory update time? Does Amazon will finally internally move my cargoes to LBA4 from LTN7?

My charge method worked for several months after I renewed my card because it expired. Then, suddenly, I received a message that my charge method is not valid. I checked my details in the charge method section and ensured they are correct. I even updated them again, but they are still not accepted, even though I have waited 48 hours as suggested by other forum members.

I also read that some forum members say that a credit card is required, but I have been an experienced seller here on Amazon for over five years and have never been asked for a charge method other than a debit card. It very much depends on the country you are in, and I understood that both debit and credit cards are suitable for sellers from European Union member states.

I also contacted my bank to make sure the problem is not with my card settings. The bank confirmed that everything is fine on their end.

I don't know what to do now. I have been blocked for almost a month. Please help.

Hi, I am letting people know that Amazon have changed their policy on Royal mail 2D Bar codes i.e Royal Mail scanned on delivery. Sometime ago I raised this with Amazon that all our packages have "valid tracking" but Royal mail only scan about 80% and was told not to worry as Amazon are aware and will disregard if when needed we provide valid tracking proof. ie we sent them copies of the delivery label. Well that has changed. Last Friday some listings were deactivated and I had to provide the appeal which I did as usual, but this time it was turned down After a long conversation the result was we either change to a different post method (which would add about £1.00 to the cost and on cheap items that is a big percentage) or buy the same service from Amazon!

I am uncertain what the motive behind this is, to be competitive we will need to buy postage from Amazon? What I tried to explain is that as far as the customer is concerned there will be no improvement Royal mail will continue to fail scanning packages. In addition as we use 3rd party software to process all orders, will it be more difficult? Will Amazon then get details of my orders from Ebay and our own website? I think this stinks and anyone using Royal Mail 24 / 48 (CRL) should take note. Short term we will change to Royal Mail Tracked and accept less orders, longer terms we may have to buy shipping from Amazon, but before we do we need to consider the pros and cons

Just a shoutout to you, depending on your volume, of course, we got Royal Mail Tracked rates cheaper than RM 24/48 CRL, I would give ask to get some rates from your Account manager.

Thankyou for the info, we only use CRL for large letters which for us is cheaper (£1.25) than 48 tracked. For packages and more expensive large letters we use tracked and signed which as you say is cheaper and better. Interestingly on the category which has been suspended our VTR is 90% so suspension seems harsh to say the least

Again the same issue with ASINs. Lost all BuyBox to all the ASINs.

After the BuyBox was lost, I spent so much to get the products ranked through PPC. Now, all that is lost as well.

Probably because they have not properly read your question, and they would not know what you were trying to list. Sadly Seller Support (SS) are not as knowledgeable as other sellers, and mostly read from scripted replies, AND have been known to give out totally wrong advice.

Before you go any further you need to register with HMRC and wait for your UTR to come in the post,

This is really frustrating. Our brand has set up a product listing in the UK and have been using them for sales ever since. Now, I'm trying to update the title.

The back end information is changed but the live listing is showing incorrect information from an old product and it is completely misleading our customers. It seems that the detail page linked to this ASIN is controlled by another brand steward. Any changes to product information need their approval - when I amke the changes, i get an email informing me that someone (me) is making the changes and that I should verify them and make them, which is ridiculous because it is myself that is making the changes using our brand registered email and information.

We're Brand Registered with Amazon, but I'm confused about what "another brand steward" means exactly. There are only two of us authorised to manage listings for our brand, and we are receiving messages from Amazon regarding the changes being sent for consideration, but are unable to change the listing.

Seller support are absolutely useless as always and this has been ongoing now for 10 days. It is totally criminal that SS are so bad.
