I am not established in the UK for VAT purposes and need to pay unpaid VAT owed to amazon.

0n 4/23/2024 amazon have block our account,and tell us our business address which does not match with your country of operations. This may have resulted in inaccuracies in tax calculation on your supplies,we need paid EU VAT and paid UK VAT.

On 05/10/2024 we have receive amazon message [Action required] Final tax liability assessment for unpaid UK VAT AND on 05/15/2024 [Action required] Final tax liability assessment for unpaid EU VAT,We tell amazon we want paypal our unpaid vat ,used our account ,there are any positive funds in your account, at this times we also contact Seller Support Team,and Seller Support Team also tell mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk on 05/13/2024.

we have waiting 11days, [mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk ] Still no deduction for the VAT we owe. on 05/23/2024 we have paypal our unpaid UK VAT unpaid EU VAT to amazon account,we have send the Proof Of Payment to amazon[mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk ] , [mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk ] do not responding to our messages now.our account still block!

This situation is greatly impacting my ability to conduct business effectively on the Amazon platform. As a seller, timely access to disbursements is crucial for maintaining inventory, fulfilling orders, and meeting customer expectations.

Amazon will Disposal our products on 24/06/2024,we We're in a big hurry.

I kindly request urgent intervention to resolve this issue and would appreciate any guidance or assistance from fellow sellers who may have encountered similar challenges in the past.

I think you have to get used to it, it's a dysfunctional system that makes no sense. And the very infuriating thing is that they apply different rules for FBA or us sellers.

When it snowed last year, one evening a customer opened an A-Z saying that her order had not arrived. It was meant to be there that day but you know with snow and everything, it would have been sensible to wait a day or two. She was immediately granted the A-Z. The following morning at 11 am the order arrived.

One of the last times I used Amazon Prime I got the notification that my order had been delivered, no one rang the bell and it was nowhere to be seen. Amazon CS told me I had to wait 72 hours before reporting it missing (it might have gone to the pub or something), Amazon Prime is terrible around here, they just drop things in random places.

I have made multiple shipments recently, and certain color variations of my products almost always go missing.

Shipment FBA15J26FK6J: 125 units packed, only 50 units received, 75 missing.

Shipment FBA15J2BTC0D: 125 units packed, only 74 units received, 50 missing (I found the 1 lost item).

Shipment FBA15J3G52YW is still active, 125 units packed, only 84 units received, 41 units missing.

Total missing units: 166.

There is a pattern to the missing items; they are all the same color variations - green, purple, and pink. This can't be an accident. They all have the same package quality, same label quality, and they are in the same box as others, but only these colors go missing. What is going on? Amazon support didn't help. They made no explanation about whats going on. As a seller, I am starting to loose my trust to amazon.

It's best to read my previous post for full details, but long story short, Amazon has not resolved an issue that's been ongoing for 7 months. The moderators also seem to have abandoned my case, as it's getting no attention.

I've opened this second forum post to give Amazon another chance to resolve this before escalating further. I would appreciate it if anyone could tag any moderators to bring more attention to my case.

Shopping cart lost

All of our conditions are in line with the requirements for the selected offer, but the entire store's shopping cart was lost on the morning of May 13. Order ID or Order Item ID for Customs?

We have received an email today of a parcel (book worth about £70) to the Netherlands being returned by Evri and looking at the P2G tracking info it says it failed customs clearance. We don't know why that is as so far as we're aware we filled in everything online. However we noticed today when looking at the order that as well as the order id there is an order item id. We have no need for those numbers so hadn't paid much attention before but Amazon tell us to put the number on the parcel when sending to the EU. We had put the order id on the parcel but was it actually the order item id that we needed to put on the parcel and might that be the reason it failed customs clearance?

I have been trying to resolve this issue for over a month. I have called every telephone number I can find and completed the seller central contact us form 6 times.

We have a trading account Feedmark Group. The log in address is now not recognised. We can log in as but with limited permissions so I cannot respond to the only offer of help I have received...

YOU CANNOT RESPOND TO THE EMAIL AS IT DOES NOT RECEIVE INCOMING EMAILS SO YOU HAVE TO USE THE LINK PROVIDED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE EMAIL. THIS HOWEVER REQUIRES YOU TO LOG IN AND WE DO NOT HAVE THE PERMISSIONS TO VIEW IT. See transcript below. As I cannot respond they think the problem is solved! It is utterly ridiculous!

We have a customer bought 4 different cravats all shipped together as it was one order. Customer has opened a return for 3 cravats and has been provided 3 different return labels by Amazon at our cost. Surely customer should only receive one returns label for the order rather that 3?

We have seen a big increase in customers orders “for choice” and sending lots of items back via the free returns label as a result our returns rate on Amazon is three times higher than eBay.

33 days and counting to resolve an issue Amazon created, to which we have jumped through several fabricated hoops to resolve and to be met with the same old " I've logged a ticket", "I've escalated it" wait another 5 days for a response from a keyboard warrior who wont resolve the issue or give an indicator on how to resolve and they you start the merry go round all over again with the script reading "account health experts"

No one will call you back from the apparent " brain team" because they are likely to be be so socially awkward or contemplating if they are a tree or a cat this coming Wednesday at 3pm.
