I have been harvesting and making these seaweed capsules for the last six years.

I cannot see the point of building up a brand and amazon remove it without any good reason.

Amazon say it needs approval but it already has approval already,

When you click on the approval it says amazon no longer are accepting "We are not accepting applications to sell

Amazon want the remaining 86 removed, I also just shipped 112 tubs which arrived today.

is there a way to reinstate this listing?

Is this normal practise ?

The other problem I have you cannot return them to n Ireland.

If you go to the FBA inventory report,

does it show the original 59 items received on a particular depot on a date.

and then a negative/adjustment on a different date at the same or another fba centre?

and was this shipment only 59 items or are there other sku/quantities that were received ok?

Sent in 59 Units with a value of £600+, amazon confirmed this has been checked in and then apparently its gone missing. Now they are changing their story and claiming they didn't receive the items.

An absolute joke I must admit. I am a very small business and £600 is a lot of money to my business. The fact that no one is willing to look into this properly is annoying especially as its been going on for 4 weeks now.

Absolutely disgusting.

On May 14, 2024, without any notification or performance, my entire account's shopping cart was lost. Buyers can no longer find my products on the search page, and my orders dropped from 800 orders per day to 80 orders per day, which is a devastating blow to me.

Attached are some of the asins, please note that all asins in the entire account are lost! ! !

I checked all the indicators, everything is normal, no credit card refunds, store feedback is 100%, and all our conditions meet the requirements of featured offers.

I have made multiple shipments recently, and certain color variations of my products almost always go missing.

Shipment FBA15J26FK6J: 125 units packed, only 50 units received, 75 missing.

Shipment FBA15J2BTC0D: 125 units packed, only 74 units received, 50 missing (I found the 1 lost item).

Shipment FBA15J3G52YW is still active, 125 units packed, only 84 units received, 41 units missing.

Total missing units: 166.

There is a pattern to the missing items; they are all the same color variations - green, purple, and pink. This can't be an accident. They all have the same package quality, same label quality, and they are in the same box as others, but only these colors go missing. What is going on? Amazon support didn't help. They made no explanation about whats going on. As a seller, I am starting to loose my trust to amazon.

I am having the same issue I reached out to amazon but it seems like they do not acknowledge this as a wider ranging issue. I suspect its likely related to an update. Did they give you a fix for this issue? More than 80 percent of my listing's are affected. Its ridiculous. The only fix they suggested is they update my listing's manually. Its clearly an issue on their side since it seems to be quiet common and weeks ago everything was fine.

Looking for some help from moderators please?

Our base reserve policy is due to come into place 19 June, we had an email that said we could apply for an extensions.

It requested we email eu-uk-reserve-policy-extension@amazon.co.uk

We have emailed requesting an extension due to the extra cash flow problem the news about VAT on fees will cause. Should I have included our merchant token?

I have emailed twice now and got now reply -

How do I know that they have the email, what timescale should I be waiting on?

Any advise

It is business critical so even a no would be better than a no reply if you see what I mean!

As they have taken away your premium shipping option, the delivery service you choose will not show on the listing or make any difference to the delivery time the buyer sees.

As I said before, the quickest delivery time the buyer will see is if you change your handling and transit times

I have handling set to 2 days (although I always post the same day before 4pm) and I set a delivery time of 2-3 days - so today (14th) a buyer sees delivery 19-21st June.

I cannot comment on SSA as I have avoided it hearing some stories on here - you could search the forum for SSA and see what if any issues others have had with it

The partner team has completed investigation. The label was created on May 28, but the item was handed over to the courier on May 29.

@Seller_p940Jehgj1NWn, based on this example I would like to understand if the section part Dispatch On Time of the Use Buy Shipping services Policy is clear enough.
