Hello,

I want to sell the product that I bought from the authorized supplier with my company A, on Amazon with my other company B (company A will sell it to company B). My question is;

Will Amazon accept this supply chain when my company B, which sells on Amazon, presents the Invoice series in case of any invoice query? As a result, even if Company A is not authorized, the Product will basically be purchased from an authorized dealer. I hope I explained my question fully. Vicious Circle trying to list book for purchase

I am new to Seller and opened an Individual account. I want to sell one single item, my self-published book. I Add Product, put the book’s ISBN in the Category and fill in everything else required. It appears in My Inventory and I get an email saying it will be available for purchase in 15 minutes. But it never does. Seller helpdesk tells me my listing ’is not currently assigned to a product category, therefore is not searchable’. It tells me to complete the following steps. First go to Edit and select Product Identity and then fill in ‘Recommended Browse Nodes/Item Type Keyword’ BUT THERE IS NO PRODUCT ID to be found. Heldesk told me it is under Product Description… but when I click on that I get a message saying ‘Restricted Edit Permissions. As you are not the brand owner for this product…’ etc. It stops me filling out anything under Brand Description’, (It is my own self-published book but, when registered, Nielsen book registry automatically lists all books on Amazon.) Helpdesk then tell me, as an alternative, to ‘Toggle Advanced View’ BUT THERE IS NO ‘ADVANCED VIEW option to toggle. I am now on my 10th case with Help about this over two weeks and can’t get them to understand that it is not possible to carry out their instructions, despite sending screenshots to show I can’t fill out Product Details and there is no ‘Advanced View option. Please, please… can anyone else suggest anything and put me out of my misery?

The Amazon shopping app is an app for customers to buy products on Amazon. The Seller App allows for sellers to list their items on the Amazon Shopping App.

Any concerns about how a product listing looks on the Shopping app or how to buy products, needs to be referred to the Customer Service team :

Customer returned an unwanted/no longer required order to us.

the returned item was the (delicate) retail packaged item with a T48 shipping label stuck on it,

no outer shipping carton or protective packaging.

and it obviously arrived back to us damaged/squashed/unfit for resale

the customer said they were told that the store staff would package and label the return for them

and has sent us the supporting information from the amazon shopping app.

which at the top does say that - but then has conflicting information below.

can someone get this urgently fixed - it would explain why we and other sellers have an increased in unpackaged returns.

Customer was not refunded on first scan - so we cant make a safe-t claim unless amazon issue the refund.

if we send the refund then we cannot claim.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 A to Z (item not received) Appeal template? didn't get signature, can I still win appeal?

no surprise that Amazon denied our appeal. would have been good to hear from other members who in the past have won an appeal on Royal Mail Tracked services for INR A to Z but I guess no one else gets A to Z on here just me 🤣🤣🤣

I was wondering if someone could help. I've done successful A to Z appeals before but never won one on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 - can someone please help with a template they've used themselves on winning A to Z appeal specifically for a Tracked 48 with photo+gps but NO signature? has anyone here won one and if so would be kind enough to share what they said to Amazon to win appeal?

Circumstances/Particulars

  • buyer ordered 3 weeks ago,
  • shipped on time AND added tracking to Amazon on time
  • correct item shipped,
  • photographed before shipping / scanned serial number,
  • proof of postage, sent tracked 48 click and drop
  • shows tracked and delivered with photo and GPS by Royal Mail ONTIME and before the Amazon delivery ETA
  • No signature on delivery was captured.

So order metrics are all good. Few days after delivery buyer messages, 'dont have the item blah blah' we respond with tracking, link to Royal Mail, GPS and ask him to check again and get back to us, no reply from buyer..

This weekend (2 weeks after showing delivered) buyer opens A to Z.

Amazon open and shut case, they issue buyer full refund and take the funds from ME! BUT they give me this BS

"The customer reported an issue with delivery. In this case, the tracking information indicates 'delivered', but the customer did not receive the package. Because you provided sufficient information that proves the order was actually received by the customer, we will not count the claim against your Order Defect Rate."

LOL are they actually taking the p*** because they're even telling me they got decent information to show the order was with the customer and yet they still granted it for a full refund, are they honestly having me on.

So anyway back to my Question anyone won an A to Z on tracked 48 without a signature?

About 2-3 years ago I started asking them for their justifications for cases/violations/metrics every time they've phoned me to ask me to address any issues on my account.. for example "what are you doing about your VTR?" - "well, I'm using the methods you're telling me to use. I can't force Royal Mail to scan parcels on their end. What are you doing about it?"

"What is your response to this licence violation?" "The product is licensed, created by the same manufacturer you also use to sell this product. No, I can't send you invoices because I've not had it in stock for 6 years. Yes, I deleted the listing when I saw the violation. No, I won't address it any other way because it's nonsensical for me to do so when the manufacturer doesn't exist anymore."

"change the image on this listing" "mate, I've tried. more than once. It never does take. But you let someone change the image on this other listing to something completely unrelated? Why? Can you fix it?"

"If you change the listing to remove the logo, you can relist it." "This is literally a keychain OF THE LOGO. It's licensed. I already sent you the invoices. No, I can't send you MY Licence, I DIDN'T MAKE IT. Amazon themselves also sell this item. DO YOU MAKE IT? DO YOU BUY IT FROM ME? NO. And for the last time I CAN'T REMOVE THE LOGO WHEN THE LOGO IS THE PRODUCT. <exasperated sigh>

they rarely bother me now.

After receiving scripted updates, I thought I would post a sample response to an ongoing case.

For the Amazon bots - I have removed all personal information apart from the information that you now insist that every poster has to be identified . Below is the Amazon case update in quotations and my hyphoned responses.

In response to your last message to me

"Dear Selling Partner," -You can't even be bothered to look up my name and just posted a generic lazy response, probably scripted

"Greetings from Amazon Selling Partner Support Executive Escalation Department." -Not sure why escalation? Doesn't appear you have any clout since you're failing to get responses from your team

"We regret the inconvenience faced by you." - No you don't, you have been complicit in not giving a proper response or progress to resolution since December last year

"We are working with our internal team regarding your concern." Doubt you have been working on this, I am pretty sure it would take a matter of minutes to actually resolve and generate progress. Either that or your team is not listening to you.

"As soon as there is any update, I will notify you." pointless response really as you haven't had a real update since December last year when I first notified you of the overcharges.

"Thank you for your understanding." - As per the last message, I asked you not to thank me for my understanding as I do not understand it. I find it patronising, thoughtless and doesn't add anything to get the matter resolved. I am however glad you have not mentioned my patience and took on board that this has already run out.

The amount of unlicensed fake items on amazon has made listing official genuine products tougher than ever

Just had this listing taken down i dont think it was ours anyway we just listed it under the correct barcode

ThreeZero Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy DLX Optimus Prime 25cm Figure

I understand Threezero being the Manufacturer but is was for trademark misuse TRANSFORMERS

So to change it what do i put... big fighting giant robots generic figure , is that what a customer is going to search for... i wouldnt i would be searching for threezero transformers figures

I have trouble listing Genuine Final fantasy figures but anyone can Sell KO which i guess mean knock off for half the price with a made up brand name in the title and that never seem to get picked up on

As many of said its much easier just to take the listing down and put it elsewhere with the brand and full title so buyers know what they are buying , seeing those reds every otherday :(
