No idea how to solve this
by Seller_Cvte6f6stRJuf
Amazon replied

Hi all,

I am getting an error regarding infringement of a trademark where my listings are at risk of deactiavtion. I am listing some bubble tea products and have used the term boba in the title and also in the description etc.

However, the error I am getting specifically is "Trademark misuse(Boba)". But boba is a term used by everyone to talk about bubble tea. I am confused as to why I wouldn't be allowed to use that term exactly. I find this very confusing. Best way to go about this?

I have been trying to resolve this issue for over a month. I have called every telephone number I can find and completed the seller central contact us form 6 times.

We have a trading account Feedmark Group. The log in address is now not recognised. We can log in as but with limited permissions so I cannot respond to the only offer of help I have received...

YOU CANNOT RESPOND TO THE EMAIL AS IT DOES NOT RECEIVE INCOMING EMAILS SO YOU HAVE TO USE THE LINK PROVIDED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE EMAIL. THIS HOWEVER REQUIRES YOU TO LOG IN AND WE DO NOT HAVE THE PERMISSIONS TO VIEW IT. See transcript below. As I cannot respond they think the problem is solved! It is utterly ridiculous!

Fair Pricing Violation
In reply to: Seller_zP4mEc2uI42Ja’s postby Seller_G9pOHlPaw0WqP

I really don't get why we can't sell for a price that we decide is fair. I had the opposite the other day of a book being underpriced. So if I can't sell it for £11.99 how the heck am I going to sell it for £25.99 ( which I think is the price a US seller is selling it for) It's been up for sale for a couple of years. Surely if I am happy with £11.99 that should be my decision not Amazon's

Fair Pricing Violation
by Seller_zP4mEc2uI42Ja

I have just had an argument with Account Health over a listing that we have been given a violation on.

The item is a foil balloon, that we buy from Amscan for 37p

We was selling this for £2.79 which means that after fees and shipping, we make around 20p profit.

HOWEVER...

We are overpriced as amazon are selling this for 30p !!!!!

https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B079CHWLN9?ref=myi_title_dp&th=1

The account health specialist states they stand by amazons decision and we need to reduce our price to meet market place expectations.

Oh and to top it off, amazon Usually dispatched within 6 to 7 months so we could get these in time for Christmas. Didn't know 6-7 months was an acceptable delivery time frame?

These policies are becoming a joke...

UK based seller and expanding to other markets. I've been trying to upload Germany specific images via the correct image upload tool but nothing updates.

After creating a case with Amazon support I keep getting the same response.

"Please note that the claiming representative of the brand is notified. If you are the brand owner too, you are not the winning representative of the brand."

I have brand registry, I am the owner, manufacturer and only seller for this brand but I'm not receiving any notifications and I'm just going around in circles with Amazon support. They will not provide me with any further information just the same copy and paste response.

Has anyone experienced similar and managed to resolve it?

Hi,

I have received an email that is either genuine or a very good fake, with the title "Email - Action Required: Amazon seller account review". It wants me to click on a link and answer some questions to arrange a virtual video call to confirm my identity, which I am happy to do, but I would like to confirm that the email is genuine before I input my merchant token etc.

I can't see anything within my seller account to indicate that this email has been sent, and the email also says that "Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated ", but there is no indication of this either, which makes me think the email may be a good scam.

Whenever I have used seller chat (for other issues), the replies that I get have been unhelpful and inaccurate (to be polite), and I see that the help that people get is on here is great, so that is why I am asking here first. Could an Amazon mod please take a look at my account and let me know if this email is genuine?

Also, if any Amazon sellers think that the email sounds genuine, do you know how long I might have before my account is actually deactivated?

Thank you very much

Full email below FYI:
