Section 3 Account Deactivation
by Seller_Pga4Dk9BXIGHH

Good afternoon,

This is my first time using this forum, but i seriously need help,

Ive received an email from amazon saying that my account has been deactivated due to an authenticity complaint for one of the products that i used to sell, Im very confused now because i bought this product from what i believe to be a trusted supplier, before purchasing i always enquire with the supplier to confirm that the goods they sell are all authentic, in which they told me that they are authentic (im able to provide proof of this aswell).

I have been an amazon seller for almost 2 years now with a account health rating of over 250, 99% positive reviews, well over 10,000 units sold and this is enough to have my account deactivated ?.

I need help on how i should go about getting my account reactivated, the steps i should take, the information i should request etc, to ensure that this issue is sorted as soon as possible.

@Seller_mIRnuhdx7l5sN @Seller_gAhPNiLrkfTcr @Seller_Huz6FT08OxHAR @Seller_hnDMgUKxMh1V4 @Seller_XUNeUuvrQDpgP @Seller_z3k8APxGfbQEK @Seller_TSXM2A5nxWSuH @Seller_sSkzzHms7Kxs6

All help would be appreciated.

Removal Order Issue
by Seller_HHJY2W094TODy

I am an Amazon seller currently facing an issue with retrieving my inventory from Amazon’s UK warehouses. I need your assistance with managing this situation. Below are the details of one removal orders which was created by me and cancelled automatically after 20 minutes :

• Removal Order ID: RAB1208

• Product Details: Merchant SKU: EX-BDQ3-9915

• Unsellable Quantity: 60 units

ASIN : B0CRY1CSHV

The Removal Order indicates that 60 units in Amazon’s UK warehouse have been marked as unsellable and are scheduled to be returned to the specified address. I created 7 removal order forms, but each end up with cancelled status due to an investigation.

I won't sell these products on Amazon, so I want the investigation to be cancelled and the products to be shipped to the address above.

These products are under investigation for 6.5 months, and unfortunately, we couldn't sell even 1 unit on Amazon. I created 10+ cases to solve this issue but no one helped me.

I just received standart emails, same sentences but no solutions.

Soi I need your urgent help because I need to ship these products asap. I am writing to you because I need a hand which is capable of solving problems.

Please feel free to reach out to me via this email if you require any additional information or documents.

FBM Book sales
by Seller_FQHkqHJI5SqTh

A lot will depend on your inventory, but the general consensus in the professional book trade is Amazon is a dead duck for used books and has been for years.

Out of my last 60 orders 4 were used books and my inventory is about 50/50 used and new.

This is still ongoing on a daily basis with fraudulent item not received claims,

Order ID: 205-7899365-8840349

Message from buyer -

Topic: Where's My Stuff?14-Nov-2024 12:22

"This item did NOT arrive within the period for which delivery was claimed.

I was told to request a refund if it did not arrive by 13-11-2024. I'm requesting the refund"

(NOTE-wording of buyers message does not actually state they have not received it,just that it did not arrive within the period)

Do they think this keeps them right as they aren't actually stating a lie?

I checked the tracking,item delivered 1 hour before that message,

it was in fact 2 days later than the estimated date,

I informed them,they didnt reply,they left neg feedback complaining they ordered on 8th Nov,

It was struck through by amazon,it said

"given that the item was ordered on the 8th of November 2024."

(NOTE again - no mention of actually receiving/not receiving in their feedback comment,it just stated the fact that they ordered on 8th,which is a pretty silly feedback comment without further detail)

I'm now waiting to see if they will go for A-Z

Another message last week,

order 203-0150804-3718705

Buyer message

"Please could I have a full refund as the item has been lost in shipping. I paid for it on 28th October the order

number is 203-0150804-3718705 £4.99

It was the (item) - thank you."

No tracking for this one as it was a letter package,I replied basically asking if they had actually not received this,or were they acting on amazons suggestion that it may be lost,as I would have to report it to royalmail for investigation etc

after 3 days they replied

"Hi thank you very much for looking into my order. I have received it now thank you."

Says it all really

Customer placed an order for an item - two weeks later, customer made A to Z claim despite photo proof of delivery

Customer Comment "hello The order showed delivery but I didn't get the whole package I talked to neighbors and family and looked around Didn't even see my package I need you to check it Give me a refund thank you"

Amazon granted, and following appeal A to Z decision stands but ODR not affected - so we lose £60

One week later, a different customer placed an order for the exact same item, customer goes on to make an A to Z claim, again despite proof of delivery.

Customer Comment "hello I didn't receive the whole package I've talked to neighbors and family I also looked for the surroundings Didn't even see my package The address is also correct Please check and give me a refund thank you"

Note the significant similarities in the customer comments including the misspelling of 'neighbors'

Amazon granted, but following appeal A to Z decision stands but ODR not affected - so we lose another £60

Further fuel for the fire...the two addresses are 30 miles apart

Valid tracking issue
by Seller_Hp3OsXWzEtgt4

In case anyone is having the same issue, our Integrator Linnworks has just confirmed the following

Hello from Linnworks,

On October 23, 2024, following an update requested by Amazon Developer Support, a change was implemented in how Linnworks sends carrier information on shipments to Amazon.

What Happened:

Amazon instructed that the "carrierName" field could be left blank if the "carrierCode" field was present and matched Amazon’s accepted carrier values. As a result, the "Shipping Carrier" field appeared blank in the Amazon Seller Central UI for orders processed between October 23 and October 28, 2024. While some tracking numbers and carrierCodes were correctly sent and accepted as successful by Amazon’s APIs, some customers reported invalid tracking details in submitted orders. As soon as Linnworks was notified, system behaviour was reverted to continue sending the Shipping Carrier within “confirmShipment” operations.

Impact on Orders:

Some sellers received VTR (Valid Tracking Rate) notifications for “invalid tracking details” during this period, affecting only orders shipped directly by sellers.

Please Note: This issue does not affect orders fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) or those using Amazon Shipping.

Yours sincerely,

Philip Munro

Chief Customer Officer

Esculate Complaint
by Seller_c7ba7r9EiLabt

I raised an RMO on the 24th for all my stock of 613 units. With no notice, Amazon attempted to deliver part of this RMO (27 Boxes) which we couldn't accept at the time. So parts of the RMO have been delivered piecemeal meal e.g. from 1 product in the package to 20 products in the package via RM of DFL. I then contacted at I have received a £975.00 RMO fee to find out when the balance will be delivered and found that they have relisted 17 items of the RMO back on the platform. I and instructed to raise another RMO for this stock and am informed that the 27 boxes will be delivered, on 24/11. I have emailed them 10 times in the thread informing them that there will be no one at the property on the weekend of the 24th and have given them a delivery window from 18/11 - 21/11 or 25/11 to a30/11 and keep getting the same message that they can't change the delivery date. I have now found that they have relisted 336 units of the original RMO and are still insisting that the delivery will be 24/11. Any advise ?

Thanks

Mark

Need a sensible reply to this !!!
by Seller_69mJIa08CKJce

Hello guys - i am sure that as amazon sellers we all receive regular messages from fraudsters , scammers and thieves all looking for "freebies" at our expense

Looking for a sensible reply to this one

===============

Message from amazon 05/11/24 : Dear Amazon Seller,

This is Amazon’s Customer Service team. A customer reached out to us with some questions about a purchase they made from you. Here’s a description of the issue:

Product: B01898GE90 Order number: 206-0618560-3207545

Return requested: not applicable

Reason for contact: The entire package is missing and my address has not changed

Please respond to this request within 48 hours.

Thanks,

Amazon Customer Service

==============

"Customer" must have then realised that the tracking shows that he collected and signed for his package - next message from amazon 3 minutes later :

=============

========================

My response this morning :

Item sent 15th october using Royal mail tracked & signed 24 service with tracking number NR009424625GB

Delivery attempted 16th october - no one available.

Delivery was re-booked by you for 17th october to a neighbours house - no one available

Package was then collected by you on october 24th at 4.13pm

Signature : Halid

I am sure that we are all aware that proof of I.D is required to collect a package from a post office or mail centre

The I.D MUST show the name and/or address and match the name on the package.

=================

Next 3 messages from "Customer" an hour ago - i am using apostrophes around that word - do we really call these people customers ?

============

06-Nov-2024 13:59

I would like to have my full refund because my package was picked up by an unknown person who I do not know of. I do not have my order so I would like my money fully refunded please.

Thank you

============

06-Nov-2024 14:01

Someone must have used a fake ID of me because only I was meant to pick up the order. I had told no-one to pick up my parcel

============

06-Nov-2024 15:39

Also, recently my email was hacked into as I was getting emails from people saying thank you for your email, so the person must have got into my email to know the tracking number and where it was being held at. So can I please have my full refund

=============

The "customer" is now suggesting that an unknown person found out that he had a package to be collected at a local post office , then produced fake I.D (so he also knows the guys name & address) , picked up the package and signed for it !!

The item is a beanie hat - value £9.75 - REALLY !!!

Now we all know what we would like to write in our reply - but we also know that we just cant , and instead we need to come up with a sensible business-like reply - looking for any good retorts to this total nonsense

Already know that his next move will be an A-Z claim - my thoughts are that amazon will refund him , but not debit me as it is a tracked/signed item using "buy shipping"

Why would they even entertain this garbage - the most customer friendly company in the world - the customer is always right !! only message they send out is that these people are welcome to scam anyone on their platform and that amazon or the seller will pay for it - this must cost them (and sellers) millions and they do it to encourage these people to come back and "buy" again and again - and repeat the process

From this "customers" messages and replies - it is not his first time doing this

Easy option for me would be to refund the person and move on - but i am not doing it on principle , we all work hard in our small businesses and things like this just make my blood boil !

Spencer_Amazon could you please have a look at listing

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08R42XVM9?th=1&psc=1

Amazon is out of stock but keeps on decreasing the price to fix the buybox for future sales.

this has badly effected health of the listing.

Recommended retail price is 32.99, Amazon with no stock on hand is offering the product for 22.99 to hold the buybox promising delivery within 7months.

Amazon is expected to adhere to the competition laws, could you please remove or amend the amazon offering? this will allow the seller partners to have an opportunity to get a share of the buybox.

many thanks
