A buyer has opened a return for what appears a non-genuine reason and then returned an empty package. Amazon already refunded them. How can it be reported? How would you respond please?

Make sure you get a picture of the returns label before you get rid of it. A photo of the empty box as well. If you don’t have both, you almost certainly won’t get the Safe-T claim granted.
