Buyer has returned Item Damaged and Broken
HI
The buyer raised a returned that the item received was damaged, we have received the item back and it is damaged and broken.
We never sent the item out in a damaged condition and as usual Amazon has refunded the Buyer.
We raised a Safe T Claim and Denied the response we received "The issue that you reported is not eligible for reimbursement per our reimbursement policy."
Can anyone help please

as per the safe t claim FAQs..,
(You cannot file a safet t claim for) Orders that were lost or damaged in transit Instead, you must file a claim with the carrier for a possible reimbursement.
Basically the customer states it was damaged on delivery. This could have happened in transit.
