A buyer purchased 10 of the same item from me via FBA. The product is an own brand item, in my own brand packaging, with my own GS1 registered barcode and labelled with the FNSKU. There is no commingling, I am the only seller and noone else sells my product.
The buyer then retured 10 x cheaper but similar looking items to Amazon which have been returned to me marked "customer damaged". They are in clear cellophane packaging with no branding and have a different barcode label on to my barcode. They are not damaged but were presumably returned to me as they do not carry either my barcode or FNSKU so could not be returned to stock.
After being asked for a whole list of evidence from Amazon which has taken ages and many back and forth emails this is the reply I have received:
"I understand that your concern is regarding the removal order.
We have reviewed the images provided and confirm that the product received was the product shipped. We made this determination by comparing the expected item to what is listed on our detail page for this product:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07DRQTSXL
Note that when you submit a removal order for commingled inventory, the item you receive may not be one that you originally sent to Amazon.

As there is no discrepancy, we will be closing this case. "
Can anyone offer any help in delaing with this, I'm reluctant to accept their reply after so much effort in supplying evidence including a whole list of various Amazon codes and phographs showing my item compared to the returned items.
