A-Z open "wrong item" after 5 days

Just had not to say customer opened an a-z… was only posted 5 days ago… no prior messages… reason is “wrong item sent”… then the comment is “items missing”… Surely this is a return for items missing? Wasn’t aware an a-z could be opened after 5 days and with no communication from the customer.

With A to Z claim can be different scenarios, some are automaticly granted and other needs to be investigated.
