Account Block - Please help :-(
A couple of weeks ago i had an email from Amazon to say that my account was under review. Due to “activity on your account that is not in compliance with our policies.”
I couldn’t understand why this had happened, we continue to trade, our account health is good and no open cases or issues. Our account has been in place for 3 years.
Reading further into it I can see the following request for information from Amazon to confirm the country of establishment of our business. This confused me, we are a UK based business and trade only in UK. All our VAT documents have been submitted and approved previously.
I have searched our account settings to see where Amazon have picked up a different country for our business so that i can correct it. I can’t find anything anywhere. Does anyone know what i’m missing?
I submitted confirmation again of our VAT registration but after hearing nothing and chasing for an update my Account was then blocked and all listings removed.
I have asked again for some help in identifying where things have gone wrong and how to fix it but all i get is "We are continuing to research this issue and will update you as soon as any additional information is available."
I am still being asked for the below information to reactivate my account but I don’t know what to provide. Any help welcomed as this is so stressful and AMazon are now sat on over four weeks worth of our money.

Many sellers have received this however, most are either non UK companies, non UK living or sell in EU too
Where do you live ? And is your vat registration at the same address your business is registered on amazon ?

All Sellers on Amazon Stores are required to meet the compliance requirements stipulated by the law.
VAT registration requirements vary from region to region in Europe, and you need to submit a valid VAT number in a timely manner on the Stores where the VAT obligation is generated, and make sure that the VAT number you submitted complies with the business registration name on the Seller Central. At the same time, please keep in mind your account number and password (if applicable) registered on the HMRC website to ensure that you can manage it yourself and view relevant tax materials timely.

Hello,
I received same email. After checking everything and reupdating all documents after 9 working days i received successful email from amazon side. Also on email it’s mentioned that your account has been activated but when i login it’s still deacrivated. Again i contacted amazon they replied me to wait upto 7 days which is standard time. I waitee 7 days but still same account deactivated. Now once again i send them email. Don’t know why amazon making so much trouble to seller.
