Account deactivated few hours after creation

I have uploaded all the required documents and created few appeals but Amazon sends the same response every time. The mention section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. How do I address this concern in my appeal?

Any help from sellers who faced the same problem is appreciated.
