Account Reactivation Issues

Hi there, i am new to Amazon and have major issues with my new account which was deactivated the day i set it up. I have a valid Mastercard on file and have sent in the required documents multiple times but nothing changes. My account is still deactivated and all i keep getting is the same email asking me to submit the documents again and check i have a valid card on file. Is there no was to speak to an actual person to help sort this out?
Thanks

does the utility bill and passport have your name and address exactly as its registered on amazon

and are you a ltd company or sole trader and what have you sent as business proof ?
