Account setup help needed
hi, I have not started selling yet and I am just at the account setup stage, I will be selling fba! I have looked at the seller university but still need some help.
what do I put as the returns address? (as I thought amazon take care of this).
and how do i set my shipping fees? do I put in standard and expedited?
I will be selling second hand books.
I hope someone will be able to advise me.

Hi if your Onky going to do FBA leave shipping fees blank as you have no control for returns amazon deal with them yes if it is making you enter it though just your business address no one will see this unless you make it visable and it will just show on your business profile part.

There are many book sellers on Amazon and no doubt they will come back with advice, but… as they are used books are you really sure you want to sell them via FBA?
As you are new maybe the best way forward would be to try FBM for a few months to get the feel of how Amazon works, otherwise you could get your fingers burnt.

I’d have to partly disagree with some of the advice. I only do FBA and 90% of my stock is used books. Whilst I do have multiple copies of some of them, the majority would be single copies.
That said, you do have to be picky with stock for FBA. I don’t currently want to do FBM so I ensure I only send in books that will be worthwhile after FBA fees.
