Adding a new product to an existing shipping plan
I am trying to add a shipment for a new product to an existing shipping plan created for a product that I have made a shipment in the past.
When I choose ‘add to existing plan’ and I am asked to provide quantity details for the additional product, I am not being asked for the dimensions and weight of the cartons (which are different from those used for the existing product).
Any ideas on how I can provide this information?

The codes your using must be a live or previous live listing so it’s worth looking into that first as if you send units in then someone finds yours is wrong they going to amend it again.
As for just amending product detail you can amend in edit and then send to support asking them to update amendemnet seems to work smoothly
