Adding hair products but its not showing any difference in approval

I am new to amazon selling and my account has just been verified. I have added my items a few days ago and I was told to wait for approval however it has been a nearly a week now and nothing has changed in terms of my items. Does anyone have an email for customer support or know of anything I can do. The product itself shows as inactive how do I go about making it active.
