Adding new 'self branded' products and Error 5665

I am looking to see if anyone has an idea about how long it generally takes, to resolve an Error 5665 issue? I have been waiting now for 5 days, to add my products, which are self branded.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Have you had this issue solved? Ive been waiting for 15 days now, I have uploaded many pictures I have my brand registered with IPO but amazon seller support so far is unable to resolve this issue.
