All my items have disappeared

I’ve been incredibly busy on Amazon over the last month, so thought something very unusal when I didn’t receive a single order over the last 3 days.

I’ve now discovered none of my items are coming up on Amazon listing pages, even though they are still listed as active in my account.

I’ve contacted Amazon and so far all they’ve told me is my account is in perfect health and nothing is wrong, needless to say I messaged them back!

Has anybody else ever had a similar problem?

Despite what SS say, do check that holiday settings haven’t been “accidently” turned on ie marketplaces marked as inactive. It only takes a second to check by clicking on the blue link below.
