People who are using Amazon custom, how are you dealing with poor customer image uploads? We are having issues every other order that a customer uploads a thumbnail or another unusable image. If we send this the customer is obviously not going to be happy with the result and may give us a negative review. If we contact them they don’t respond to any of the emails and if we cancel the order we get negged by Amazon.
Don’t know why it’s just Amazon customers who seem incapable of reading their emails.
