Amazon listing suddenly not showing up on search results

Hi all,

Hope you all enjoyed the holidays.

I have a listing which was in the top 2 rows (with the help of a bit of advertising) for the last few months.

Suddenly the listing has disappeared when I search it, despite showing as active. I have even searched for the listing through the ASIN but still it yields nothing. Amazon support mentioned to update my keywords in the listing but I do not think it is that as this was never an issue before and it doesn’t explain why it is not searchable directly through the ASIN.

Any help is appreciated, as always.
