Amazon Loan - Not Fully Received

I have recently been granted a loan for £1000 from Amazons Lending Programme.

But only £600 has been sent to my bank account - does anyone know why this would be?

I have raised a case days ago - but I am yet to receive a response.

Be very grateful if anyone can help understand why this may be in the meantime.
