Amazon messages not reaching me via BT
Anyone else having a problem receiving messages from Amazon via BT
Started yesterday - email address is btinternet.com.
First realised it was happening when a buyer message appeared in Seller Central with a Red message across the bottom that said “We were not able to send a copy of this message to your e-mail address because the e-mail was bounced by your e-mail service provider.”
Have checked spam filters / blockers etc and nothing has changed recently
Our second contact address which not BT is receiving all the usual messages (buyer contact, despatch notifications etc)

in fairness you shouldn’t rely on your direct email client and should be looking at your dashboard every day (including Christmas day). The joys of being an online retailer.

Yes, I had this issue years ago with Virgin. It was something to do with the Amazon mail server being blacklisted.
From memory I think Virgin resolved it rather than Amazon.
