Amazon MWS API settlement report, incomplete data download

I want to ask about the MWS API. I download the settlement report through the API (_ GET_ V2_ SETTLEMENT_ REPORT_ DATA_ FLAT_ FILE_) Some of the problems,

Why is there a difference between the report data I downloaded through the MWS API and the data downloaded behind Amazon (Reports / payments / Date Range Reports / generation report),

The data downloaded through MWS API is not complete. Is there any method to solve this problem?
