Automated Invoicing email - SPAM or NOT

Hi I was wondering if anyone else has received an email in regards to Automated Invoicing. I am new to selling on Amazon and was wondering if this email is SPAM or not. It look legit and the email address it says its from looks ok "amazon-services-europe@amazon.com".

I have received so many fake emails in from people claiming to be from Amazon I am a bit weary of opening it.

The email details are below, thanks in advance for any help.

Once activated, invoices will be generated on your behalf and made available for you to download directly from your Tax Document Library. You will also have access to Excel reports including all invoiced amounts and VAT calculations performed for all your Amazon orders.

All you have to do is provide basic tax information in Seller Central and select a date for your VAT calculation settings to take effect. Once activated, we will calculate the VAT included in your listing price and apply the right VAT rate to generate invoices.
