Automated shipping settings
We were told to use automated shipping settings buy an Amazon ‘agent’ over the phone. She said if you use an approved integrated supplier i.e parcelforce if your item does not make it on time and the seller leaves negative review about not receiving the item ontime Amazon removes the review on your company profile. Well after a week someone left a 1 star review and Amazon will not remove it.
We do not buy shipping, we use Parcelforce as a pick up from our warehouse. We always send on PF 24 and this arrive the morning after the timeout. She said as they integrate with the carrier any feedback would disappear as it is as much Amazons promise as ours. I take it from my experience this is more Amazon BS than a reality about to turn automated shipping off and go back to premium 2 day shipping option. Cheers Amazon bunch of liars (as usual).
I asked this question to the nice lady - ‘Is their any situation you can think of that will lead to a negative outcome for us as a seller regarding metrics’ She said ‘no’
So we now have a 1 star review and case that cannot be reopened unless we open a new one as these are answered by bots we are stuffed. Case number 8652577602

You keep talking about reviews, but do you mean feedback? Both are very different, and Amazon will usually not interfere with reviews, however if the feedback is only about the delivery then they usually cross it through automatically.

I have had this in the past and the sales people have no idea of the real world issues, either that or they turn a blind eye to it.
They will tell you policy and how it should work, but we all know that Amazon SS and the bots dot do this.
I think the confusion with this is the template v buy shipping.
I don’t think the template would qualify for removal, but using buy shipping would. Even then many have reported neither works .
