Brand name issue

i have registry brand name successfully on amazon.but when i report the follower on my listing ,Amazon reminds me of brand abuse, and now Amazon customer service team says my brand has not been registered on amazon ,let me registry again .but when i put my brand name on registry list,it always said the brand name under review. What happen

was the other person on your listing on the listing before you did brand registry because if memory serves me right you cant kick someone off if the add was live before you brand registered
