My one is only showing DPD when we use royal mail only and that is all that is selected on our account. Waiting for an answer back from the prime team. Problem is these items are urgent being prime

Yep same for us, DPD is the only option. Royalmail option not showing.

Same problem here, Royal Mail not showing as an option for SFP orders or Standard orders. Only DPD (which destroys any margin we have).

Amazon shipping is totally messed up. They should close it down until they can fix it.
We have not been able to print tracked 48 for a few weeks now, and this morning we get DPD instead of Tracked 24 and not for the first time. We are also getting lots of orders coming through as ‘Second’ with no charge made to the customer.
Yet all charges are set up correctly.
The fact this happens over and over again, shows the Amazon system is falling apart

Yep same here. Only DPD when we only have Royal Mail plumbed in…
Will be sendiong everything click and drop and sending email with all order numbers and tracking codes to seller performance email… Good bye 100% metrics for the week
