Buying postage with amazon but only allowing me to choose first class?
Hi all,
So we have started using Amazon to buy our postage after the whole VTR franking machine issue , we offer free postage and use royal mail second class large letter but some times when we go to buy postage amazon only allows us to use first class which the customer has not paid for. We thought it could be an issue with our London setting as most order doing this where from London but we can’t see anything obvious.
Has anyone else managed to resolve this issue?
Thanks

it because of the EDD , 2nd class won’t make it according to the settings
you need to extend your handling times
edit - just read back through your recent posts - you can still use your RM business account for LLs - especially as you already have a daily collection

Going to ask this here as seems a waste making a new topic:
Royal Mail Tracked 24
Seller is not registered to use this delivery service.
Why wouldn’t I be registered for this when I can use on my click and drop instead?
But I have these available:
Royal Mail Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class Small Parcel Thu, 22 Jun £4.89
Royal Mail Royal Mail 1st Class Small Parcel Thu, 22 Jun £3.69
any ideas how to get tracked 24 and 48 registered?

I also get forced into 1st Class post but not all the time. I thought at first it was due to the weekend or something but it seems to be completely random. Even people ordering close together time wise one might be 1st the next might be 2nd. Very frustrating as the difference between 1st and 2nd class can certainly affect some of my products with tight margins. Very strange.

When using Buy Shipping, have you tried changing the label dispatch date from the dropdown here?
