Christmas requirements for SFP?
Hi,
New to SFP. Should we receive notice about what is required of us over Christmas?
I had a flyer from Royal Mail to say collections would be midday to 2pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, but my cut-off time is 4:30pm so that could be tricky.
Or do people recommend switching Prime off on these days?

but in previous years - we have had to put our account onto holiday mode - which is not satisfactory.
