Cannot resolve Product authenticity complaints

Hello All,

So I have became a regular visitor here unfortunately. I am really exhausted dealing with Amazon requirement with the supplier’s invoice info ( their website is under maintenance and can’t be used now). I have submitted 7 times and Amazon still stated that there is insufficient information to reinstate the ASIN.

I have about 50 units remain in the inventory and the worse part is that I still have 150 units is SHIPPING to the inventory. At this point, I really want to give up submitting anymore as I will receive the same response anyway. Could anyone tell me what should I do now before I really remove my inventory and delete the listing (a huge loss)?

tbh I’m not sure if you can remove the inventory whilst its under review for authenticity

did you rebrand the items as your own and if so, is that Brand Name mentioned anywhere on the invoice ?
Is your company name and address on the invoice the same that you have registered on amazon

your previous post also said it was a pro forma invoice which they do not accept

It also says on your listing that you are the manufacturer so if you’re submitting an invoice from someone else then there will be a mismatch

As you said that supplier’s website is under maintenance, team might not be able to verify supplier’s details. So, I would request you to submit supply chain (supplier’s supplier) invoices of the same ASIN so that team can validate information.

• Invoices issued in the last 365 days
• Reflect sales volume during the last 365 days.
• The invoice date should be before the order ‘Ship By’ date.
• Supplier Information should consist of name, phone number, business address, email address and website. The Supplier will be contacted if needed.
• Your (seller) information should consist of name, business address, email address, phone number. (Everything as per seller central)
• For easier identification, the product description on the invoice should be similar to the product title on Amazon and you may highlight or circle the product under review.
• File formats must meet either .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files.
• These documents must be authentic and unaltered and you may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible.

If any of the above-mentioned requirements are not met, then the documents will not be termed as valid.
