Cant Submit ID for verification

Hello Everyone,

I am a new seller and am unable to submit my driving id for verification.
Each time i press the submit button it does not do anything, even repeatedly.
I have cleared my cookies/caches numerous times and on various browers; chrome, internet explorer, edge and firefox.

I have a case open but still not receiving any replies.

Did anyone else have the same issue? What is the solution to submit them?

Are you using a computer or an iPad?

Usually, there is a miximum allowable file size for uploads.

Maybe you could try compressing the file to make it’s size lower than 1MB.

Or if you still don’t manage to successfully submit it, try e-mailing the requested document to seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk.
