Card Payment Issues
Hi All,
Can someone help me? I’ve been selling on Amazon since April and its just been one thing or another. Now for some reason my card payment is suddenly unverified and my account is suspended. This is after months of Amazon accepting payments and making receipts to said card. I have contacted support and now I’m told Amazon doesnt accept debit card for charge methods. Is this true? I find that really hard to believe.

Mine is a debit card so its not true, have you checked you havent been hacked?

Hi,
- Did your debit card still in it’s Validity Period?
- Does the billing address of your debit card matches the address ( Business Address] you put in your Amazon seller central?
If they doesn’t, make sure they do
And if the address is correct, try this:
- change the debit card in your Amazon seller central
- choose the same debit card you are using right now
- click the button “submit” or something like that
- wait for 2 or 3 hours.
my problem was solved by doing this a couple month ago.
