Click and Drop gone mad
Getting all sorts of errors and very worringly every now and again all my outstanding orders vanish to be replaced by someone else’s. I’ve just had a whole page of Macbook sales from eBay appear.

Me too - one minute I’ve got my orders and the next I have someone else’s 200 orders on Amazon (I don’t integrate my Amazon account with Click and Drop…)
Hasn’t stopped them taking my money for two orders that must go today, but won’t let me print the labels!

Seeing exactly the same - very worrying as to why I am seeing someone elses shipments - is this going to translate across to incorrect billing?

Yep. Exactly the same. It keeps logging me on to someone elses account!! If I get on my own it won’t let me apply postage

It’s amazing this is allowed on the live system - what kind of change management do they have there?
I expect it all will go down for a reboot shortly. I wonder if some disgruntled striker has thrown a spanner in the works?
