We are a new seller and during our very first FBA shipments a few months ago, we entered the ASIN (A) in the shipment setting with all correct quantity, box size, weight etc. But unfortunately, the items we added in the box are not ASIN (B), they were actually ASIN (B).
We were investigating why there was an discrepancy in that shipment for a few months and just realized our mistake recently. So we filed a case explaining our situation and attached invoice of the items that are in that shipment batch. The documents were rejected because they do not mee the requirement i.e. not matching the items, we explained that it is not possible to match the items because we only have the invoice of the items we purchased and sent, not the one we entered in the shipment setting by mistake. However, the case was closed.
I'd like to know if there was a similar case and if there is way we can get our shipment items back.
