Click & Drop crashed?
Just went to generate our C & L paperwork, it said it had done it but no option to print, if I try to ‘re-print’ or ‘re-generate’ I get an error code 1677edcb
Anyone else having problems?
I had to complete the emergency hand-written manifest
Tried to call them but over one hour waiting time which is no good ten minutes before our collections officer arrives!
Click and Drop has been awful this year, it’s let us down many times.

Same here as well…
My tracking details have been sent over to Amazon and I can see the manifest total in C&D, just can’t print paperwork.
Edit again, now up and running and I’m able to print the paperwork off now.

Yes, same issue here - emergency manifest for us today. Such as painful process to count back all of the orders!

Is it not high time their 1990’s " printing manifest " workflow needs knocking on the head.
