My account is deactivated because I'm linked to another account that belongs to my friend. First Amazon asked me to send affidavit letter that's notarized and signed by my friend , his bank statements, Driver License , proof of address and his llc documents to prove he is not me. I appealed again couple times and added all required documents as well and ofcourse it got declined.
Now Amazon is asking me to send evidence that I never had another seller account other than deactivated one. I really dont know how and what can I send as an evidence ? I really dont understand how can someone prove he does not have any other account like what kind of document ? Amazon doesn't clearly explain any required doccument that will be accepted , all i have is i need to send evidence to prove I don't have more than 1 account.
