Creating a case with Amazon

How do actually create a case with Amazon - got a question from buyer about one of our products which is a bit of a spam question. They want a list of ingredients of one of our cleaning products which is not something we want to post on an open forum/website. Is it possible to get a question like this deleted or are we just expected to answer everything. Bit hard to explain but its a bit agressive and without informing every single competitor whats in our products it will be bit of a roundabout non answer.

If you are only concerned about a message from a potential buyer which you don’t wish to answer, simply mark it as “No response needed”.

It will not negatively affect your account or metrics. But you could also respond back with a polite response stating that all information can be found on the detail page.

Normally, ingredients of your products should be a part of the listing description.
