Creating an advert campaign
Please, I need help to be able to create an advert campaign of my products on Amazon. It is always giving me error when I try to launch the campaign.

What is the error message and what type of promo / ad are you trying to set up?
PPC, vouchers, lightning deals…
Are your products in qualifying categories?
Check your eligibility, have you got the buy box?
If vouchers have you got a high enough seller rating to qualify 3.5stars (70%)?

The error I got is “There was a problem while creating your campaign”.
I was trying to set up a PPC ad. I dont know whether I have got qualifying categories or not. Yes, I have got Buy Box., My seller rating is 3.6 stars.
