Design invalidation and ASIN reinstatement

Hi,
In Sep 2022 I have been reported to amazon by a sellor from China that I am sellign items which is their design and registered with IPO UK. Amazon removed my all ASINS related to that design. I applied to IPO UK for their design invalidation and managed to invalidate their design in IPO UK and the case took so long and design invalidation decided in April 2023.

How can I reinstate the same design?

No, Violation has been removed and there this option for apeal.

All violation has been removed.
There is no option for apeal.

I want to reinstate the same asin.
