Duplicate returns in return requests for same order number
Has any else had duplicate return requests showing in their return requests section for the same order?
Just worried that we are being charged 3 return labels for the same order or are we only charged when royal mail scans the parcel?

We get this occasionally. You are only charged for labels that are used (ie scanned)
So you might get an odd customer add ALL labels to a parcel and then the courier scans all the labels - but other than that, you should only be charged for 1.

People raise more than 1 request if they keep trying different return reasons until they get free returns.

One more thing regarding returns, I thought refunds for returns were automatic once returned back to us but it seems very hit and miss. Is this meant to be the case or our we meant to manually refund customers for every order?

You can close them as a duplicate return if you click into them

As others have said, i have also seen people choose once and get a Evri Label and then do it again to get a Royal mail Label or Vis versa. but yes also so they get the freepost option
