Extended producer responsibility help needed

hello
i only sell to France and Germany maybe only 5/10 items a month
and i use a normal cardboard envelope or box
does anyone know a cheap method for obtaining a licence

Register LUCID for Germany and CITEO for France.
Germany will be almost instant with a number but then have to register your numbers with another partner and the cost is variable but low.

With France you can sign up with CITEO and this is a fixed charge of 80 Euros for the year.
