FBA Load Issues

Hi,
Any idea who we contact about issues with a load in sent?

Cut a long story short Amazon are asking for a stamped POD which Pallex don’t have for us to send them, Amazon booked in the two pallets but told us the Pallets had Zero stock on we have started a find our products case they have found two of the missing SKUS we haven’t heard about the other 6 SKUS, at the minute we are missing 60 out of 80 products and really gettig nowhere with Support.
