GTIN exemption granted, still cant add new stock

Hi
So my woes to start my account continue. I make my own products so don’t have EAN etc. I applied for the GTIN exemption, which was granted almost straight away. But I still get an error message when trying to load inventory. Should I have a GTIN code to use in the product ID section?

Same issue here. Have applied for GTIN exemption and received but can’t add my product.
