Not winning the buy box
Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I'm a new seller and recently sent in 350 units of a product, which are still undergoing the checking process. Currently, around 150 units are available for next-day delivery. However, despite listing my product and price matching with the current seller, I’m not winning the buy box. I even lowered my price to £17.00 from £19.99 to see if that would help, but I’m still not winning it. Could anyone explain what might be happening? I think it may be because I’m a new seller? Thank you
