Hazmat sending FBA issue

Been trying to send an item all week tried small amounts large amounts that sell well and never had a problem before with i am in the hazmat program etc…but keep getting this message

2 Errors

[Carrier: Amazon-Partnered Carrier ] Amazon-Partnered Carrier is unavailable because the box weights or dimensions for one or more of your shipments are not within the allowable range for Amazon partnered carriers

No fullfilment centers are taking delivery atm

Others have same issue
Go to fba shipment page and click on capacity manager
It seems to be showing others as 0 space for hazmat

so can see Aerosol and Flammable and both are 0 amounts
