Read onlyI am sure i am not the only one, But we have an order 204-4092203-7543505 that the customer has confirmed as being received refunded, They had opened an A-Z case before they had received the item, of which amazon have honoured, any tips on getting this money back, as i just fall on deaf ears, Thanks in advance
I though that for orders with an a-z where the order was then received, the customer was supposed to get an email from Amazon to kindly ask they return the order. Though this requires good will on the customers side.
You could ask they return the order, or that they contact Amazon customer services to have their card recharged. That being said there have been posts on the forum where customers have done that and either a) Amazon customer services say it’s fine there’s no need to do that or b) they do get their card recharged but the seller never sees the money.
