Help for a new seller
Hi guys,
I’ve been getting nowhere with Amazon help unfortunately I’d be grateful for any advice. I opened my store a few days ago and listed some Xbox and playstation games I’m selling. I’ve added the item through the barcode and matched the lowest prices however when I check the shopping app my stores name and price isn’t available for people to choose to buy from. My games are used and I understand I won’t be at the top of any lists due to being a new seller. I also am only operating a individual selling account fulfilled by seller. When I try and share my storefront the link only opens up a blank page. https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?me=AGDG8RG6LDQP1&ref=sf_seller_app_share_new.
Is there something I need to do? All my products are listed as active on my seller app. Tia. Andy

Being on the individual selling plan means you won’t be buy box eligible and doesn’t give a storefront either
Are you just selling off your own used goods ? And therefore not expecting to sell more than 35 items a month ?
Or did you mean private selling account not individual selling plan ?

Are you sure your seller account has been fully verified yet ? - it can take a while.
If your sales will be less than 35 a month, then you are as well remaining on the individual selling plan, as if you pay the £30 a month Pro. fee you will be out of pocket.
BUT, are you buying these games to sell on ? - (even though used), or are they all your own personally owned second-hand items ?

Or if used Xbox games, Facebook marketplace

As others have suggested, forget Amazon and stick with eBay and FB for used Xbox games.

Have you thought of other sales channels at all? Ebay might be a better solution for you. Facebook marketplace is also a good one for this type of item.
