Help with Amazon Ads
So I thought I would try Amazon Ads
I created a Campaign for a Sponsored Product - all well and good. Apart from selecting the products and setting daily budget I left all other settings at the Amazon recommended values.
I then tried a 2nd Campaign. Did exactly the same (albeit different products) but when I try to launch it I got this error
#### We can’t create your campaign until you fix one or more issues
Please fix these issues and try again.

The error message is unhelpful and there are no red boxes in the Campaign itself showing me what I have to correct.
Tried the Help to open a case but although it says ‘Search help or contact us’ there is no contact link provided to contact anybody!

OK - finally found a way to open case (dont ask me how but I eventually found a Contact Us link)
They just replied with as much nonsense as per usual for SS
I told them the campaign would not launch/start because of the error which I had copied to them - their reply was
I understand that you created a Sponsored Products campaign but you cannot find it in your Campaign manager.
The campaign “Rocky” can be found in the “Drafts” section of your Campaign Manager (in the upper left menu).
Please complete the campaign and then resubmit the ad for moderation.
At no point did I say I could not find the Campaign
Yes - I saved it in Drafts - because it would not launch/start
I wanted to know what the error message means so I can correct the problem.
All they have told me is how to find it and resubmit - but I cannot as I get the error!!!
Why oh why is support so poor and they never read properly!!
