Help with first listing and order
Good Afternoon,
I am feeling really overwhelmed with creating my first listing and shipping inventory on Amazon and worried I am going to mess it up.
If the product I have chosen is already on amazon say like a mug or t shirt or game but i want to sell the same product do i need my own UPC and Barcode? I am doing FBA so i understand i can send my supplier the shipping labels to send to warehouse and also send them my barcodes to stick on, but amazon will individually label each item as they receive them in the warehouse, have i got that right??
I just don’t understand the listing and if I’m selling the same product that’s already listed on Amazon several times then how do i know if its exactly been made my the same supplier i have chosen?
I also googled how much a UPC is and the prices are huge! I don’t feel i can afford this after investing my money in my product!

First things first is your account fully verified?
Go to settings - account info and what does it say next to account status ?
Come back here and tell us what is says.
Secondly, have you had a look at the amazon seller university pages or just youtube?

Don’t do it! It’s a con. And if you need to get your stuff returned or close your account they will have you in a never ending and costly catch 22. I have had and still are having a nightmare with them. You can’t call them, they won’t call you, they will send you the same useless generic messages while constantly charging you for the privelige. Beware! Beware! Beware!

I did my homework and I didn’t expect anything other than they promised and I certainly expect there system to work, which it hasn’t. I’ve made return orders only to be told I haven’t, bank details changing when I haven’t done anything, items being sold when I’ve closed them, and then again being charged the monthly fee. 90 days to close your account is ok, but not if they reopen your items and sell them after waiting 6 months and now having to wait another 9 months. I still don’t know what will happen next. I have made return orders and asked them to confirm that is the case and I get nothing. It’s a CON!!!
