Higher Support for more technical file upload issues
The Brand field was incorrectly filled out on some of my ASINS’ years ago by Amazon helper. Ive been asking Amazon Brand Registry for help in changing the Brand Field… but they just ask you to do random things which will never seem to work. The case then gets passed to someone else who then asks you to do the same stuff that never works.
Each time they ask you to delete an ASIN for 24 hours - but it just wastes a day with no results. Sometimes I think that they really dont know what they are doing and just guess in hope the problem goes away. Eventually someone else will step in and insist on closing the case by telling you it will be fixed in a couple of days ( and in that time the case is closed permanently and you have to start the whole process again )
Im wondering if there is a way of raising an incident with a higher level support team? Back in the day they used to have people in Ireland that were really good at helping with more complex issues - but I haven’t been able to get hold of anyone like that for years.

you need to be asked to refer to a manager and reference all the closed cases
